The NAIFA-Ohio Political Involvement Award was designed to recognize NAIFA-Ohio members who have shown exemplary service to their profession, colleagues, and clients through their political advocacy and contributions to IFAPAC.
NAIFA is the leading advocacy association for producers in the insurance and financial services industry, working for positive legislative and regulatory outcomes at the federal, interstate and state levels. Here in Ohio, our member supported PAC is a significant piece in our advocacy efforts, our member involvement extends to educating and informing on the needs of our clients and our industry. Political Involvement is a key component in the way our members differentiate themselves and show that we truly do represent Main Street USA.
Nominees should have a history of supporting NAIFA-Ohio’s Political Advocacy, not limited to supporting the state IFAPAC but also through their involvement with local advocacy efforts, meeting with state elected officials and being an advocate for positive financial security for all Ohioans.
