When attempting to form a LILI Class this year, the overwhelming response we heard from our members was this year just wasn’t in the cards. However, we also continued to hear that there was a high interest in participating next year. We heard you and we are excited to share that next year’s Ohio LILI Class registration is now live! This in-person course will be led by fellow NAIFA-Ohio members who are graduates of the program. We are sharing this announcement now to give you as much time as possible to take advantage of this opportunity.
The Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) is a six-month leadership development program (one day each month, over six months), devoted to advancing your personal growth and professional success. The intense curriculum creates a unique learning environment that encourages participants to bring out the best in themselves and apply what is learned across every aspect of their lives.
The Ohio LILI Class will kick off in April with meetings scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of each month, continuing through September (9/20 currently slated as our final class). Meetings will be held at Lifetime Financial Growth in Columbus.
